The Multan Airport is in Punjab, 10 km away from the city, and I wouldn't really call it international, although Pakistan International Airlines and Aero Asia International have direct flights from Dubai to Multan and back. But It has direct flights to different airports in Pakistan, including Islamabad Airport. So you can go from Islamabad to Multan and then back to Islamabad, from where you will catch a direct flight to Athens. The Islamabad office of PIA is at 49 Blue Area, and the phone nomber there is 2816051.
