If you have your own tent, you can stop at the Louders Hotel, on Staff College Rd.. The garden is very nice and it only charges Rs80 per person to put up a tent. Rooms enter luxury category, going from Rs1699 up to Rs2181. Still, it is one of the most classy and secure places in Quetta.
